Brittany Reichwald

Brittany Reichwald has held a number of roles in the past seven years. In 2015, they were the Marketing Operations Manager at Compliance Alliance, Inc., where they managed digital operations and strategized, built, managed, and reported for demand generation and email nurtures. In 2016, they moved to byDesign Films as the Director of Project Management, where they planned, developed, and implemented testing for the Salesforce CRM. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Egnyte as a Senior Customer Success Operations Analyst and Customer Success Operations Analyst, driving the efficiency of the CS organization and coordinating with Customer Marketing to develop and execute scalable programs. Most recently, they have been an Associate Product Manager at Totango since 2022.

Brittany Reichwald completed their Bachelor's Degree from Western Governors University between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Spokane Falls Community College between 2010 and 2012. In addition, they hold certifications in Leadership Mindsets (LinkedIn, 2021), Certified Mentor (Mentorloop, 2021), Gainsight NXT Associate Admin Certificate (Gainsight, 2021), and Project Management (CompTIA, 2016).
