Toby Phelps has a vast work experience in various roles and companies. Toby started their career at Reed Business Information, where they held multiple sales and business development positions from 2002 to 2012. Toby then joined Experian Marketing Services UK as the Head of Business Development from 2012 to 2015.

From 2015 to 2019, Toby worked at Hitwise, initially as the Head of Sales for Hitwise UK and then as the Director of Sales and Account Management for EMEA. During their time at Hitwise, they achieved significant revenue growth and oversaw cross-functional leadership in sales, account management, and client success.

Next, Toby served as the Head of Sales for the UK, Nordics, and Benelux regions at AB Tasty, a customer experience optimization company, from 2019 to 2020. Toby then joined Uberall, where they took on various leadership roles, including Director of Sales & Partnerships for the UK & Nordics and Vice President of Enterprise Sales for EMEA.

Following their tenure at Uberall, Toby took on the role of Vice President of Sales for EMEA at Reputation, a Reputation Experience Management platform, where they were responsible for growing the EMEA sales organization and achieving impressive revenue growth.

Most recently, Toby joined Attest as the Director of New Business for EMEA, leading the New Business team and driving revenue growth.

In addition to their roles at these companies, Toby is also a member of Pavilion, a private members-only organization that supports the professional development of revenue leaders. Toby is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Totara.

Throughout their career, Toby has consistently demonstrated an ability to drive revenue growth, develop teams, and optimize sales processes.

Toby Phelps holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Enterprise Sales School from Pavilion (expected in 2023), Revenue Architecture from Winning by Design (June 2023), Sales Certified - Selling Through Curiosity in 2012 from Barry Rhein & Associates, Inc., CRO School from Pavilion in 2021, Aspire Leadership in 2019 from Aspire Leadership, Sandler Sales Training in 2018 from Sandler Training, Spin Sales Training in 2014 from Huthwaite International, and Winning Complex Sales in 2013 from InfoTeam.
