Emma Wise is a seasoned UX Designer with extensive experience in digital and user experience management. Currently at Totara Learning since January 2019, Emma previously held the role of Digital Experience Manager at TOWER Limited, where key projects included the UX design for Tower and Trade Me Insurance digital sales platforms. Emma's background encompasses roles in web content production, digital marketing, and editorial management across various organizations, including Wellington City Council, Kennedys, Business Link, and the Equality and Human Rights Commission. Emma holds a BA in Psychology and Criminology from Victoria University of Wellington, showcasing a strong foundation that complements a diverse skill set in UX research, conversion rate optimization, cross-team collaboration, and digital strategy development.
