Kayleigh Rainford

Kayleigh Rainford has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a People Experience Business Partner at Totara since January 2023, after previously holding the role of People & Recruitment Advisor. Prior to Totara, Kayleigh worked at Envitia as a People Manager from August 2019 to January 2023, and at West Pier Studio as a Recruitment Manager from December 2015 to August 2019. Kayleigh's career began at Next Phase Recruitment as an IT Recruitment Consultant, covering digital marketing, development, project management, and IT support from May 2013 to December 2015, and earlier as a Sales Executive at Hendy Group from October 2004 to May 2013. Kayleigh's educational background includes studies at Crawley College between 2016 and 2019, as well as attendance at St Bede's Secondary School from 1997 to 2000.
