Rachel Collingridge

Rachel Collingridge is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Head of Engineering at Totara since January 2024. Previously, Rachel held the position of Chief Technology and Product Officer at Cogo, where responsibilities included leading product engineering initiatives to align with strategic goals and create productive teams fostering continuous learning. Prior roles at Xero encompassed Vice President of Engineering and Head of Engineering, with earlier positions at Flux Federation, Powershop NZ Ltd, Fronde Systems Group Ltd, Insight Investment, and National Grid, reflecting a robust career in software development and engineering leadership. Rachel holds a Master of Music in Musicology and Clarinet Performance from Victoria University of Wellington.
