Xin Heng

Xin Heng currently serves as Chief AI Scientist and Head of Data at Tote Technologies, focusing on data and AI strategy, infrastructure, and product development since March 2024. Prior to this role, Xin held the position of Head of Data and Chief AI Officer at Caffeine from January 2022 to July 2024, where responsibilities included enhancing data quality and creating new data products. Earlier experiences include serving as Chair of the Enterprise Architecture Committee and VP, Head of Data at Punchh, where Xin defined data strategies and managed the AI, BI, and Big Data portfolio. Additionally, Xin led data science initiatives at StubHub, contributing to projects like machine learning and recommender systems. Xin Heng holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Caltech and an MFE in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
