Jacob Beasley

Jacob Beasley, MSOD, CCMP, serves as the Change and Organization Development Manager at Totem since September 2022, leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialists and managing workstreams to facilitate transformational success in organizations. With a strong foundation in Change Management and Organization Development, Jacob develops tailored strategies, including Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) initiatives and Leadership Development Plans. Prior experience includes roles at Hyland as a Change Management Specialist and American University as an Organization Development Consultant, along with various positions in talent acquisition and the performing arts. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University, a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor's Degree in Theater from Liberty University.
