Ida Bylund

Ida Bylund currently serves as the People & Culture Director at TOTEME since May 2023. Previously, Ida held the position of Chief People Officer at X Shore, where responsibilities included building a People function from the ground up and overseeing various initiatives related to employee experience, including DE&I, learning and development, and employer branding. Prior to X Shore, Ida was the Chief People Officer at H&H Group and the People & Culture Lead at Comprend, where a strong focus was placed on self-leadership principles. With a background in talent management at Telia Sverige and extensive consulting experience at Mercuri Urval, Ida has a robust foundation in recruitment, internal mobility, and team leadership. Academic credentials include a Master's in business administration from Lund University and an education at Stockholm University and Franska Skolan.
