Jill Sparks

Jill Sparks has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jill started their career at Totemic in 1999 as a Client Accounts Manager and eventually worked their way up to become the Director of Payment Strategies. In 2012, they joined Premium Plan Limited as the Director of Operations, where they provided support in developing underwriting policy and compliance as well as analyzing systems and process development for a motor finance business. Concurrently, they also served as a Business Adviser (Volunteer) at Young Enterprise UK. In 2016, Jill joined Paylink Solutions as a Payment Services Director, before moving on to a similar role at PAYLINK SOLUTIONS LIMITED in 2017. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in payment services and operations management.

Jill Sparks attended Kesteven and Grantham Girls School from 1991 to 1996. Jill then pursued further education at Grantham College from 1996 to 1999, focusing on Business/Economics and Law.
