Elias W. El Khazen

Elias W. El Khazen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and business development, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Toters Delivery since October 2021. In this role, Elias leads a team of account managers to develop strong relationships with key partners in various sectors, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Previously, Elias held positions at EY, where support was provided in customer satisfaction analysis for the utilities sector, and at The Only Space Oddity, where business growth drivers were identified and business development efforts for a new office in Lebanon were led. Early career experiences include a role as a Business Analyst at INDEVCO Group, conducting market studies for expansion, and as a Communications Officer at Caritas Lebanon, managing communications for humanitarian programs.
