Farah Jaroudi-PHR is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Mindsets Strategy & Decision Advisors since May 2024, Farah previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Toters Delivery, where responsibilities also encompassed roles as Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Resources and Office Manager at UK Lebanon Tech Hub, Human Resources and Administration Manager at Cleartag, and Human Resources Manager at the British Embassy. Farah's career began in the hospitality industry as a Human Resources Senior Supervisor at InterContinental Phoenicia. Farah holds a Professional HR certification from the Society for Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hariri Canadian University, complemented by a Baccalaureat in Sciences from Lycee Abed El Kader.
