The Order Management team at Toters is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end process of customer orders across the company's Marketplace, eGrocery, Courier Services, and Payments platforms. They ensure accurate and timely order processing, handle customer inquiries, and resolve order-related issues. The team leads and agents work collaboratively to manage shift operations and uphold service quality standards.
