Rhonda Johnson

Rhonda Johnson has over three decades of experience in the product management and financial sectors, currently serving as the Product Director for licensing, private label, and Manzella brands at Totes Isotoner since April 1987. In this role, Rhonda is responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management, along with inventory control and direct collaboration with overseas factories for product procurement. Previous positions include Category Director for the Private Label and Licensing Division, as well as roles as Chief Financial Officer, VP of Operations, and Controller at Northern Cap Mfg, also a division of Totes Isotoner, from 1996 to 2008.
