Allana Pinkerton has held various roles in the fields of health, safety, and education. In 2022, they began working as a Partner Relations Manager for Tot Squad. In 2020, they became a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and Health Enthusiast for Life With Allana. From 2015 to present, they have been a Certified Speaker, Coach, Teacher & Trainer for The John Maxwell Company. From 2011 to present, they have been a Global Safety Advocate & Certified Child Passenger Safety Instructor for diono®. In 2010, they became the Owner of Screening On Site, LLC, providing quality and efficient Drug Testing and Background checks. Finally, from 2004 to present, they have been the President & Founder of Sit Tight, Inc.

Allana Pinkerton obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Theatre/Theater from Florida State College at Jacksonville between 1986 and 1988. Prior to that, they attended Andrew Jackson High School in Jacksonville, FL from 1983 to 1986. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Speaker, Coach, Trainer & Teacher certification from the John Maxwell Team. In 2020, they obtained a Certified Nutrition Coach certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Allana is also a Certified Child Passenger Safety Instructor from Safe Kids Worldwide.
