Tiago Morais

Tiago Morais serves as the Tribe Leader for development at TOTVS since March 2021, where responsibilities include aligning company goals with team performance, managing strategic projects, monitoring operational metrics, and ensuring client satisfaction and solution value. Previously, Tiago held multiple leadership roles at Landix Sistemas from February 2002 to March 2021, including Director of Operational Excellence and Director of Operations, focusing on process improvement, client support, and team development. Tiago's extensive experience in project management, commercial dynamics, and operational efficiency is complemented by academic qualifications, including an MBA in Marketing and Project Management from FGV and a Bachelor's in Accounting from the Federal University of Uberlândia. Additionally, Tiago has served as a Visiting Professor in Project Management at the Polytechnic Faculty of Uberlândia and holds a Digital Product Leadership certification.
