Sean William Ryan, MD, has extensive experience in both healthcare and finance. Currently serving as a Board Member for Touch Foundation, Inc. since May 2018, Sean has also been a Partner at McKinsey & Company since July 2010. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Analyst at Montgomery & Co., LLC within the Healthcare Group, where Sean executed private placements and M&A transactions for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Notable transactions during this time involved Corus Pharma, Xenoport, Idun Pharmaceuticals, and Integrated Biosystems. Additionally, Sean worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at JPMorgan Securities, focusing on M&A and private placements, and conducted a summer internship at the National Institutes of Health, exploring the properties of neural networks. Sean holds an MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Colgate University.
