Aminata Ndoye

Technicien support logiciel at Touch & Sell

Aminata Ndoye has worked in various roles since 2001. Aminata began their career as a Soigneur d'équidés at the Poney Club du Jardin d'acclimatation in 2001. In 2004, they moved to the Pénélope Groupe as a Hôtesse standardiste. In 2010, they joined Cegedim as a Référent technique Servicedesk, Technicien support IT infrastructure, and Accueil téléphonique IT. In 2015, they worked as a Responsable Servicedesk at IMS Health. Since 2017, they have been working at Touch & Sell as a Technicien support logiciel, providing support to users of the company's products, testing and recipe development, and writing internal procedure documents.

Aminata Ndoye attended IPI, école d'informatique from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Technicien supérieur en maintenance informatique et réseaux degree. In December 2016, they also obtained an ITIL® 2011 Foundation certification from ORSYS.
