Alex Nikolova

Alex Nikolova is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at TouchBistro since August 2019. Prior to this role, Alex held various positions at WilsonHCG, including Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition, achieving multiple awards for exceptional recruitment performance. Alex also worked at Cintas as a National Recruiter, managing initiatives in the Rental Sales Division and consistently ranking in the top percentage of recruiters. Earlier experience includes roles at iMarketing Solutions Group, Optimus SBR, and The London Group. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in History from York University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College.
