Brenda Riggs

Software Support Analyst at TouchNet, A Global Payments Company

Brenda Riggs has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Brenda started their career as an Assistant Vice President at Lomas Mortgage USA and then worked at Print Time as a Manager Trainee. After that, they became a Financial Advisor at Waddell & Reed, where they provided personalized investment solutions to clients. Brenda then joined Imperial PFS / UPAC, where they held roles such as Underwriter / Cancellation Analyst and IT Coordinator. Brenda managed the testing of proprietary software and handled customer inquiries. Brenda also served as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, creating training programs and knowledge articles for the Quality Assurance Team. Most recently, Brenda has been working as a Software Support Analyst at TouchNet Information Systems, Inc.

Brenda Riggs attended Bradley University from 1980 to 1983, where they earned a degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations. In 2016, Brenda obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT.
