Julie Toft Lenihan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Julie began their career as an Inside Sales Rep at Sprint North Supply in 1990. Julie then moved to Sprint Nextel, where they held various positions including Business Development Manager and Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager. At Embarq Corp, they served as a Product Manager for Data Customer Premise Equipment. Lenihan later joined Ultra Electronics Airport Systems as an Opportunity Manager and then a Project Manager. Julie returned to TouchNet Information Systems, Inc. in 2011, initially working as a Client Relationship Manager before becoming an Implementation Lead. Julie then joined KANA Software as a Service Delivery Manager. Currently, Lenihan is a Client Success Manager at TouchNet Information Systems, Inc., where they focus on maximizing customer success and strengthening client relationships.

Julie Toft Lenihan completed their Associate of Arts degree at Johnson County Community College from 1989 to 1990. Julie then pursued further education and obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Human Relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University from 1994 to 1995. Following that, they pursued a Masters of Science in Management with a specialization in Management and Human Relations from Baker University from 1995 to 1997.
