Sandra Christoffel-Brewer MBA, RDN, CD has extensive experience in nutrition and dining services, currently serving as the Director of Dining Services and Director of Nutrition Systems at TouchPoint Support Services since October 2004. In this role, Sandra manages clinical nutrition operations across two locations, overseeing 11 dietitians and support staff, while also fulfilling regional responsibilities across Wisconsin. Key contributions include linking clinical initiatives with Ascension projects, leading clinical initiatives like ERAS and MQii Collaborative, and managing critical tasks such as hiring, training, and scheduling. Prior to this, Sandra worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Baton Rouge General Medical Center from 2002 to 2004. Sandra holds an MBA from Mt Mary University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Community-Medical Dietetics from Viterbo University.
