James Avery

James Avery has held various medical and leadership roles throughout their career. James served as the Corporate Medical Director at Touchstone Communities starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the National Medical Director at Diversicare Healthcare Services Inc. and held leadership positions at Hospice of the Piedmont and Golden Living. In addition, they were a Visiting Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Virginia School of Medicine and a Consultant, Keynote Speaker, and Executive Coach at the University of Virginia. Prior to that, they were the Senior Medical Director at Visiting Nurse Service of New York.
