Additionally, they have experience as a Member Services Representative, Information Technology Administrator, Bilingual Customer Care Associate, and Secretary. Their work experience spans across industries such as healthcare, education, and electric cooperative services.

Melissa Salinas completed an Associate of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Victoria College before obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in the same field from Lamar University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Capella University, expected to graduate in 2023.
