Sana Chughtai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology coordination and operations management. Currently serving as the Technology Program Coordinator in the Assessment Unit at Touchstone Institute since October 2017, Sana has developed a training curriculum for SaaS assessment technology and facilitated workshops for exam coordinators. Previously, as Operations Manager at Erin Mills Eye Exam Clinic, Sana led an Orthodo-Keratology project and initiated a patient renewal initiative that improved profitability. Earlier roles include Customer Success Manager at Trillium Sales Group, where Sana enhanced training for new hires and improved customer experience, and Business Development Manager at Direct Energy, leading a team to surpass sales targets. Additionally, Sana has a background in data entry and client account management from Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management. Academically, Sana holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Anthropology with a Sociology minor from the University of Toronto and a Foundations Degree in UX/UI Design from Designlab.
