Luke Fogel

Luke Fogel is an experienced Land Development Manager currently with Touchstone Living since April 2023. Prior to this role, Luke served as the Director of Land Development at AMH from January 2021 to March 2023 and as a Land Development Project Manager at Woodside Homes from October 2019 to January 2021. Throughout Luke's career, responsibilities have included the development of residential building lots, managing development schedules and budgets, coordinating with various professionals, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations. Earlier experience includes project management roles at Toll Brothers and property management positions at Long & Foster Real Estate, The DePaul Management Company, and The Philly Apartment Company. Luke holds an MBA in Marketing, Data, & Business Intelligence from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Penn State University.
