Matti Pohjola

Matti Pohjola is a seasoned professional in business management and customer experience, currently serving as the Business Unit Director at Touhula-päiväkodit since January 2025. Prior experience includes pivotal roles at Telia from February 2015 to January 2025, including Strategy & Customer Experience Lead, Head of Commercial Excellence, and Department Manager.
