Ismaël Séguy-Loubradou

Kawtar Kazeb has over 16 years of experience in performance improvement and quality management. Currently serving as a Performance Improvement Project Manager at Foundever since October 2019, Kawtar focuses on enhancing operational efficiencies. Previously, at Phone Group from December 2006 to July 2018, Kawtar held multiple roles including Responsable Certification et Processus, where responsibilities included managing quality systems across African sites and overseeing performance improvement initiatives. In addition, Kawtar worked as Responsable Études et Statistiques, conducting operational quality analyses and pilot projects related to quality management. As a PMO, support was provided to the program director in managing cross-functional projects across Africa, ensuring continuous improvement initiatives were held in the management of projects. Early in the career as a Senior Supervisor, Kawtar supervised a team while managing real-time operations.
