Aaron also worked at Scully Company as a Business Development Manager from September 2017 to August 2018, at Luxer One as the Director of East Coast Sales & Revenue from April 2016 to August 2017, at Greystar as an Asset Manager from March 2015 to April 2016, at AvalonBay Communities as an Assistant Property Manager from February 2013 to March 2015, and at Rutgers University as a Program Manager- Development and Special Projects from January 2011 to February 2013.

Aaron C. completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Arcadia University in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Education from the same university between 2002 and 2006.
