Glenn provides detailed quality control of all Civil/Structural engineering-related project designs and analyses, reports, drawings, documents, and/or specifications for every submittal, so that the Clients receive the most accurate and correct product possible. In his role as Director of Civil/Structural Engineering, he is responsible for Client development, project scopes and proposals, development of structural standards, project cost tracking and control, and staff supervision. As a Principal of the firm, he provides consistent and experienced leadership, direction and policy/procedure development for the overall benefit of the company and its staff. Glenn graduated in 1984 from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer in AK, DC, DE, IL, IN, KY, MD, ND, NE, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, and WV.
