Dan Scott is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as General Manager - Marketing & Communications for Tourism Holdings Limited in the UK and Europe since August 2022, following a role as Communications Manager in the same organization. Prior to this, Dan held the position of Head of Contact Centre Operations at VeriCall Ltd from November 2018 to August 2022. Dan’s career in operations began at Paywizard, where various roles, including Operations Manager and Performance Manager, were held from October 2004 to November 2018. Dan holds a degree from the University of Dundee, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
