Isabelle Schultz

Isabelle Schultz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of human resources and marketing. Most recently, they worked as the Team Lead People Operations at Tourlane, starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior People Partner DACH at Ankorstore from April 2022 to June 2023. Isabelle also gained extensive experience at Sharpist as a Senior People & Culture Specialist from March 2021 to March 2022, and as a People & Culture Specialist from May 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager at advalyze GmbH from September 2019 to May 2020. Isabelle also has experience in talent acquisition and employer branding from their time at heycar, where they worked from May 2018 to July 2019. Additionally, Isabelle served as a Working Student Recruiting at HR-Recruiting Services GmbH from July 2016 to March 2018, and worked in marketing and event communication at Red Bull Deutschland GmbH from June 2012 to March 2016.

Isabelle Schultz received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Leibniz Universität Hannover in 2015. Isabelle later pursued further education at the University of Potsdam, completing their Master of Arts degree in Sociology in 2019.
