Alba Brasó

Alba Brasó is their Director of People, responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent for TourRadar. Originally from Barcelona, Alba has lived in the US, Brazil, UAE, Germany, the Netherlands, and now Austria. Her relocations were driven by her educational and professional trajectory. Alba has worked in many HR fields, including establishing global shared service centers, designing and rolling out processes and international development programs, and acting as a business partner for key executives. Additionally, Alba is a psychologist and holds an MBA.

Alba believes that getting out of one’s comfort zone is key to reaching their full potential, and traveling is the best way of doing so! Her favorite adventure was a trip to India to attend a wedding, where she was welcomed as a family member. When not working or traveling, Alba enjoys her free time with family and friends, being active outdoors, and eating great food.
