Alex Miller has worked in the customer service and sales industry since 2013. Theirfirst role was as a Sales & Marketing Intern at OUT Adventures in 2013. In 2014, they were a Sales & Marketing Intern at Contiki Holidays. In 2016, they began working at Kensington Tours as a Customer Service / Product Support. Later that same year, they joined TourRadar as a Customer Support, then as a Customer Support Team Leader, and eventually as the Head of Customer Support & Sales - EMEA.
Alex Miller attended Humber College from 2014 to 2016, studying Tourism and Travel Services Management. In 2015, they obtained a Customer Service Certificate from the Ontario Tourism Education Corporation in December, as well as a TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) certification from Ontario's Travel Regulator in April.
