Anton Usov

Anton Usov has been working in the software engineering field since 2006. Anton started out as a Web Software Developer at MCMG in 2006, then moved on to become a Freelance Software Engineer in 2007 while working for himself. In 2014, they joined TourRadar as an Engineering Lead and Technical Lead. In this role, they were responsible for full-stack implementation of all new customer-related pages, the idea and implementation of user tracking strategy, implementation of A/B testing functionality, the technical side of the new SEO strategy, implementation of call-center functionality via Twilio, and support for optimization of MySQL performance. The stack they used included PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, AWS, SQS, AWS Lambda, AWS S3, AWS CloudFront, Redis, Phinx, Gulp, Webpack, CodeIgniter, Laravel, Google Maps API, Facebook API, and etc.

Anton Usov graduated from Saint-Petersburg State Forestry University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering. In 2017, they obtained an IELTS General Training B2 (Upper Intermediate) certification from Book House.
