Melissa Lopez

Director of Customer Support at TourRadar

Melissa Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Melissa started their career as a Statistic Peer Mentor and later served as an Alternative Spring Break Coordinator at Ryerson University from January 2014 to April 2014. In 2015, Melissa worked as a Course Coordinator at Western Institute of Technology, Melbourne. From September 2009 to November 2016, they worked as an Assistant Manager at It's My Party. Melissa also gained experience as a Contract Administrative Assistant at IUPAT District 46 from December 2016 to January 2017. Melissa then joined TourRadar in January 2017 as a Travel Expert, before taking on the role of People Lead from April 2018 to February 2020. Melissa's responsibilities expanded further at TourRadar, where they worked as the Head of Support and Sales - Americas from February 2020 to February 2022. Currently, Melissa is serving as the Director of Customer Support at TourRadar.

Melissa Lopez attended Ryerson University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology.
