Roann Louw

Roann Louw has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Roann currently works at TourRadar as the Design Lead, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Designer at TourRadar from September 2019 to September 2022.

Before joining TourRadar, Roann worked at Travelstart as a Senior Product Designer from August 2017 to September 2019. Roann also served as the Head of Design at R.O.I. Digital from June 2016 to August 2017, where they held the position of Senior Digital Designer.

In their earlier career, Roann worked at Media24 (Pty) Ltd from November 2013 to May 2016. Roann held the role of Art Director for VIA (TV channel) and the Digital Publishing division. Roann also worked as a Junior Designer in the Digital Magazines department during July 2013 to November 2013, where they focused on designing display ads, converting them into print ads, and conceptualizing and designing native advertising in apps.

Roann's professional journey started at Victory Studio in January 2013, where they worked as a Junior Designer. Roann was responsible for creating print ads, in-store marketing materials, and social media posts and content calendars for brands like Subway and Bio Sculpture Gel.

Overall, Roann Louw has gained extensive experience in various design roles, from junior positions to leadership roles, across multiple industries.

Roann Louw completed their education starting from 2004 to 2008 at Bellville High School. Roann then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Visual Arts (Visual Communication Design) from Stellenbosch University, which they completed from 2009 to 2012.
