Lerato Moagi

Lerato Moagi has a strong background in IT infrastructure and support. They most recently served as the Head of Infrastructure at Tourvest Retail Services since June 2022. Prior to that, Lerato worked as a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer at both Tourvest Retail Services and Silica. They were also a Windows Server Support Specialist at Absa Group, where they provided advanced technical support for Windows OS and assisted with troubleshooting production issues. Earlier in their career, Lerato held positions as a Senior Network & Desktop Support Engineer and Desktop Support Engineer at Witkoppen Health and Welfare Centre. In these roles, they provided support to end users, managed servers and backups, and handled installation and configuration of computer equipment.

Lerato Moagi's education history begins with matriculating from Modubatse High School, where they obtained a high school/secondary diploma. In 2006, they attended Arise Business College and earned a diploma in PC Engineering, focusing on information technology. The following year, in 2007, Lerato completed a certificate program for MCSE at Havatech College, further expanding their knowledge in the information technology field. In 2014, Lerato attended CTU College and obtained a degree in CCNA, specializing in information technology. More recently, in 2020, they pursued a degree as an Azure Administrator Associate from Proctored, enhancing their expertise in the IT field. Additionally, Lerato has obtained multiple certifications, such as MCSA: Windows Server 2016, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
