Emma Heitbrink

User Centered Designer at Tover

Emma Heitbrink has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Emma started their career at TU Delft, where they served on the Faculty Student Council, representing students' interests in study-related matters.

Following that, they worked at IceMobile as a Junior Interaction Designer and then as a Stagiair interaction design, where they designed flows and interactions for new mobile application features and conducted user tests.

Afterward, they joined DST Pegasus as an Associate Commissioner.

Emma then moved on to Bartimeus, where they held multiple roles including Innovation designer ICT4ViP, focusing on user research and interactions to create new innovations and technologies for visually impaired individuals. Additionally, they worked as a Graduation student, researching time perception among blind and mentally disabled individuals and finding solutions for waiting.

Their most recent position is at Tover as a User Centered Designer, where they are currently still employed.

Emma Heitbrink attended Delft University of Technology from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Design/Industrial Product Design. Emma then pursued their Master's degree in Design for Interaction at the same university from 2013 to 2016. In 2012, they briefly studied at Loughborough University, focusing on Industrial Design as a minor field of study.
