In Tower Bersama Group, Alwan has held various roles, including project management, vendor closing document section head, and participating in the TBiG Leader Development Program, which allowed him to collaborate with different departments and rotate through four functions within a year.

Prior to joining Tower Bersama Group, Alwan worked as a project intern at Indonesia Power in 2019.

From 2015 to 2019, Alwan Muhammad Maulana attended IPB University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
