Andi Ikhsan

Andi Ikhsan has a diverse work experience, starting in 2018 as a Staff of Human Resources Department at Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen. From August to September 2020, Andi worked as a Human Resources Intern at PT. Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero). In 2020, Andi also served as the Vice Chair of Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen. In 2021, Andi joined Arya Noble as a Learning Development Intern from July to October. Andi's most recent position is with Tower Bersama Group, where they completed the TBIG Leader Development Program from October 2021 to October 2022. Currently, Andi holds the role of Regional Project Support Section Head at Tower Bersama Group from November 2022 onwards.

Andi Ikhsan attended the University of Brawijaya from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources.
