Naftali Ananta

Naftali Ananta has a diverse work experience in various organizations. In 2018, Naftali worked as a Global Volunteer for AIESEC, where they served as an English teacher in Chantaburi, Thailand, focusing on social issues and global goals. In 2019, Naftali completed an internship at PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya. Starting in 2020, Naftali joined Tower Bersama Group and participated in the TBIG Leader Development Program, a year-long program aimed at developing future leaders within the company. As part of this program, Naftali gained experience in cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving techniques such as PDCA and root cause analysis. Additionally, Naftali worked as a Corporate Social Responsibility Analyst at Tower Bersama Group, providing support for CSR initiatives and assisting in the production of the Sustainability Report based on GRI and ESG standards.

Naftali Ananta completed their Bachelor's degree in Management at Universitas Sebelas Maret from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Management at the University of Indonesia, starting from 2023. In addition to their formal education, Naftali has obtained certifications in various fields. Naftali earned the GHG Inventory & Calculation certification from INSOLITY Consulting in July 2023, the Community Development for CSR certification from CFCD Indonesia in August 2022, and the ISO 14064-1 Awareness Course: The GHG Protocol certification from LRQA in May 2022.
