Sri Aresti

Sri Aresti has a diverse work experience background. Sri started their career in 2013 with internships at Telekomunikasi Indonesia and later worked as a Teaching Assistant at Telkom University in 2013 and 2014. In 2016, they joined Tower Bersama Group as an Officer Development Program participant, where they gained experience in various departments such as IT Division, Regional Operation Maintenance Department, Project Technical Support Division, and Area Operation Division. Sri then held positions as Regional Operation Support Section Head, Continuous Improvement Analyst, Data Analytics Analyst, and Data Governance Analyst at Tower Bersama Group. Throughout their roles, they managed tasks related to data quality assessment, algorithm error execution, data review availability, data processing visualization, vendor payment accuracy, performance evaluations, billing, and reporting. Sri'swork experience showcases their ability to adapt to different roles and responsibilities within the telecommunications industry.

Sri Aresti obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Network and Digital Media Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, where they attended from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Informatics Management from Telkom University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Before their university studies, Sri Aresti graduated from SMA Negeri 1 Padang with a Senior High School diploma in Science in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Sri Aresti has also earned several certifications. In 2022, they obtained the Certified International Specialist in Data Engineering certification from PASAS INSTITUTE. In 2019, they completed the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People training offered by Dunamis Organization Services. In 2018, they obtained the Integrated Management System Auditor certification from Lloyd's Register, as well as the Becoming TBG Effective Asset Operation certification from MDI Management Development International. In the same year, they also completed the Effective Supervisory Skill training conducted by Daya Dimensi Indonesia. Sri Aresti obtained the Influencing Communication certification from Manuver Corp in 2017, and the Training Maximizing Personal Productivity certification from Daya Dimensi Indonesia in 2017 as well.
