Andrew R. Berglund

Andrew Berglund started with TEP in 2011 as an intern while finishing his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Colorado State University. Initially he worked in the Denver inspections division, until the creation of the civil department where he became the Division Manager in 2012. He has managed projects both in the United States and Canada, from Orlando, FL to Fairbanks, AK. He has been responsible for various initiatives from indoor DAS systems for entire university campuses to individual small cells. His civil team is responsible for various steps in the creation of a tower, from initial site walks, zoning, permit submittals, to managing complete carrier build-outs and upgrades of 300+ sites.
