Timothy P.

Timothy P. has extensive experience in compliance and operations management, currently serving as Compliance Officer NCCO at Tower Federal Credit Union since 2019. Previously, Timothy P. held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Howard Bank from 2013 to 2019 and worked as Compliance Manager VP at Capital One for 18 years, from 1995 to 2013. Earlier in Timothy P.'s career, leadership experience was gained as an Infantry Section Leader in the Virginia National Guard between 1988 and 1997, and in operations management at Staples from 1992 to 1995. Timothy P. holds a Master of Science in Management and General Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a minor in Agricultural Economics from Virginia Tech.
