Debra Rhoads

Director, Care Management Department at Tower Health

Debra Rhoads has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Debra began their career as an RN at Reading Hospital & Medical Center in 1996 before transitioning to the role of Nurse Case Manager in 2004. In this position, they were responsible for case management and utilization review for trauma patients, as well as coordinating training for new staff and managing scheduling and assignments for the team.

Rhoads recently advanced to the position of Director in the Care Management Department. Debra has been in this role since June 2021, where they continue to oversee and lead the care management teams within the organization.

In addition, they have an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Reading Area Community College, obtained from 1992 to 1996. Debra Rhoads is also certified as a Case Manager (CCM) by the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC).
