Antoinette Jones (Toni)

Toni Jones has a comprehensive work experience in the insurance industry. Antoinette "Toni" started their career in 2013 with Zurich North America, where they worked as a Market Facing Underwriter I. In this role, they underwrote and analyzed new and renewal business, while also maintaining relationships with agents and brokers. Antoinette "Toni" later transitioned to the role of UA III, specializing in the processing and underwriting support of difficult business cases. In 2018, Toni joined MAPFRE as an Underwriter II, where they administered and monitored underwriting rules and guidelines. Antoinette "Toni" also developed and maintained relationships with agents to support business retention. Currently, they are working as the Senior Territory Manager of SW Florida at Tower Hill Insurance Group, responsible for developing relationships with independent agents and on-boarding new agents within the assigned territory.

Antoinette "Toni" Jones has a education history that includes various educational institutions and fields of study. Antoinette "Toni" attended Bishop Moore High School from 1986 to 1990. After completing their high school education, they went on to Valencia College from 1993 to 1995, where they earned an Associates degree in Arts. Following this, they attended the University of Central Florida from 1995 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management. Recently, in 2022, they furthered their education by completing a Six Sigma Yellow Belt program at The Lean Six Sigma Company.
