Despina started their career in 2002 at the United States Postal Service, where they worked as a Customer Service Supervisor for over a decade. In 2014, they transitioned to State Farm® as a Sales Account Manager, a role they held for four years. Despina then joined Olympus Insurance Company in 2018 as an Agency Operations Supervisor, where they worked until January 2021. In 2021, they joined Marsh McLennan Agency as a PCS Senior Marketing Associate and worked there until September 2022. Currently, Despina is a Corporate Underwriter at Tower Hill Insurance Group, starting in September 2022.

Despina K. has a diverse education history that spans over several years. In 2005 to 2007, they attended the United States Postal Service and completed the Leadership and Management Program, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
