Jennifer Uzcategui, CPA has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Jennifer is currently working as the Director of Ceded Reinsurance - Accounting Insurance at Tower Hill Insurance Group since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Florida Peninsula Insurance Company where they held various roles including Controller, Assistant Controller, and Accounting Manager from 2019 to 2022.

Before their tenure at Florida Peninsula Insurance Company, Jennifer worked at Johnson Controls as an FP&A Manager - Integration, FP&A Manager, and FP&A Supervisor from 2015 to 2019. Jennifer also gained experience as a Sr Accountant/ Internal Audit at Randstad USA from 2010 to 2015 and as an Accountant at Transchem Corp from 2009 to 2010.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked at Gidney & Co as an Accounting & Tax professional from 2008 to 2009, and at Nova Southeastern University as an Accounting Systems Analyst from 2005 to 2008. Jennifer Uzcategui, CPA holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting also at Nova Southeastern University.
