Rees Smith

Rees Smith has a diverse background in media production, with experience ranging from freelance work to leadership positions. They began their career as a Communications Specialist with GCPSTV, where they worked on a weekly news show and eventually became the communications director. They then transitioned to roles such as a Production Assistant for Bunim/Murray Productions and Vietnam Vanguard Films, where they gained experience in various aspects of production. Rees later worked as a Video Editor for Turner Broadcasting System and a Video Compositor for Indigo Studios. They also worked as a Freelance Videographer, Editor, and Animator for Kimberly-Clark Professional, where they were responsible for filming and editing events, safety training videos, and animated graphics. Additionally, they have experience as a Freelance Camera Operator for AT&T Media Productions and a Freelance Videographer for Cool New Media, where they provided video coverage for corporate events. Currently, Rees is working as the Head of Media Production for Tower Leadership, where they are involved in streamlining video production, writing advertising campaigns, and editing daily video content.

Rees Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Georgia State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.
