Marianna Williams

Marianna Williams is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across notable companies. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Tower Research Capital since October 2020, Marianna has also held the positions of Senior Manager and Manager, focusing on HR business partnerships and global learning and development. Prior to Tower Research Capital, Marianna worked as Human Resources Manager at Simplebet and held recruiting positions at Bloomberg LP, where responsibilities included engineering recruitment and coordination. Marianna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University.
